For those not familiar with working with a staffing company there are the following employment options:

1.  Temporary: Usually this means working one shift at a venue and then working at a different location or for a different company through Prodigy for the next shift. This option allows for a lot of flexibility and diversity in jobs. This type of work is especially convenient for students, those with full-time jobs, or anyone looking for the most flexible work schedule possible.


2.  Temporary-to-Permanent: This unique opportunity requires a candidate to work for Prodigy on a temporary basis for a Prodigy client before working full or part-time at that particular company. This option is particularly good for those seeking more steady work or for those looking for a full-time job.


3.  Direct Hire: This option places a candidate on the payroll of one of our clients from day one. Participating in the direct hire program is especially useful for those seeking full-time employment.
