These type of positions allow companies that are time-sensitive and require flexible staffing assistance while providing payroll services, workers compensation, and all other applicable employee expenses. Many of our candidates enjoy the variety of work experience, flexibile work hours, and personal-professional balance of being a "permanent" temporary employee. 2. Temporary-to-Permanent: These assignments usually last 160 working hours and offer both client company and candidate an opportunity to "test drive" the other before offering (or accepting) the position on a full or part-time basis. 3. Full-time/Direct Hire: Permanent positions that are filled by this option can offer a seamless employment transition for both our clients and candidates seeking steady work. This type option is best suited for "hard-to-find" salaried positions.
